Beast Industries is a multifaceted media and entertainment company founded by Jimmy Donaldson, popularly known as MrBeast. With over 500 million subscribers, Beast Industries encompasses a diverse portfolio of ventures that extend far beyond its origins on YouTube.

Ran standup for 7-person leadership team 3 times a week to drive results, track milestone progress, reprioritize work, and quickly address critical issues and bottlenecks
Managed weekly content intake cycles between Production and Localization for 7 channels, including the main YouTube channel, shortform content, and advertising for branding partners
Owned project communications with Production and vendors dubbing video content in 20+ languages within a 5-day turnaround and expected $100,000+ weekly budget

Mobile Producer 03/2023 – 01/2026

I acted as both Mobile Producer and Senior Localization Producer for a mobile title within a AAA franchise first released in 2024. I partnered with the Executive Producer and global project teams to successfully launch and run live operations in multiple regions. I owned the localization pipeline and optimized it with new tooling, supported project work for multiple teams, and increased player performance by ensuring a culturally relevant and high-quality experience for players.

Owned $500,000 localization and culturalization pipelines including text translation, voiceover script writing, recording sessions, and art reviews for cultural sensitivity and historical accuracy
Designed multilingual documentation processes with automated updates to support multidisciplinary teams, saving $100,000 on retranslation costs
Onboarded Gridly, a new CMS, TMS, and CAT tool, to create and implement modernized mobile-first localization workflows with custom automations, thereby reducing manual hand-offs and risk while increasing process reliability
Triaged and implemented 10,000+ fixes with China-based LQA/FQA teams and external development studio to address live player concerns and in-game performance

Sharkwork Submarine

Sharkwork Submarine is inspired by Sharkwork's latest album, AQUAZEN.

I am building the game in Unity and, unlike my other tools and this site, using as little AI as possible - in the interest of getting deeper knowledge into the platform and to practice hands-on coding.

All assets are purchased from Unity Store or similar sites.

Blue Marble Forecast

Blue Marble Forecast is a modern remake of the Wii's Forecast Channel, available in English, Spanish and Chinese. Try it here!

Like the original, it's built around a spinning globe of NASA's Blue Marble imagery, now with real-time day and night, city lights and satellite rainfall. The current conditions, today, tomorrow, 5-day, regional map, UV index and laundry check screens all return, joined by My Places for saved cities and Calm View, a quiet forecast over an animated sky.

Forecasts come from free public data: NOAA's GFS weather model, official National Weather Service alerts, NASA imagery, and live radar from weather services in North America and Europe. The music is an original loop synthesized live in the browser.

Fractalize Studio turns your photos into living fractals that move with your music. Try it here!

Start from one of my film photographs or upload your own - uploads never leave your browser or device. The fractal is drawn live in WebGL using the photo's own colors, and it can listen to a microphone or loopback device so its speed, shape and brightness follow the beat. A second view, the Liquid Rippler, ripples the photo itself.

You can scan a QR code to control it from your phone, randomize the settings for live performances, and follow a built-in tutorial through every control. The same engine also powers the fractal on this site.

Kaomoji Alt Emporium

Kaomoji Alt Emporium is a toolbox for Final Fantasy XI chat: ready-made Japanese-style emoticons you can copy and paste, plus a reference for typing them from the keyboard. Visit it here!

FFXI's chat only renders some characters, so each entry is marked Verified, Untested or Unsupported based on what I've tested in game. The Face Builder collects emotes made from Alt codes confirmed to render, and the Alt Code Reference is a searchable list of Windows Alt+numpad codes.

The entries all come from a single spreadsheet that I update as I test new characters.

Fantasy Radio Companion

Fantasy Radio Companion is a Windows app for listening to and modding the music and sound effects of HorizonXI, a private Final Fantasy XI server.

It plays and browses the game's BGW and SPW audio files, converts them to WAV, and converts your own audio into the game's formats so you can swap in your own tracks. There's also a live radio tab, a waveform and party visualizer, and themes inspired by FFXI's own window styles.
